Her Town Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

By participating in the  Her Town Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

1. The “Complimentary Blow Dry” reward is available exclusively to members of the Her Town Loyalty Program.
2. To be eligible for the reward, members must have had paid for a insalon service in last 3 months.
3. Not available on Saturdays

Redemption:

1. Members may redeem the “Complimentary Blow Dry” reward by providing the associated account information at the time of booking or during their salon visit.
2. The reward is valid only for one (1) standard blow-dry service and does not include additional styling services or treatments.
3. The “Complimentary Blow Dry” reward cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Blow dry can not be redeemed on a Saturday.

Expiration:

1. The “Complimentary Blow Dry” reward is only available in your birthday month.
2. Unused rewards will expire after the specified validity period, and no extensions will be granted.

Non-Transferable:

1. The “Free Blow Dry” reward is non-transferable and can only be used by the member who earned the points.
2. Members may not transfer, sell, or otherwise convey their rewards to another individual.

Modifications and Termination:

1. Her Town reserves the right to modify or terminate the “Complimentary Blow Dry” reward or the entire Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice.
2. In the event of program termination, all unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.

General Terms:

1. Her Town reserves the right to verify the eligibility of members and adjust loyalty points or rewards accordingly in case of any discrepancies.
2. The “Complimentary Blow Dry” reward holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

By participating in the Her Town Loyalty Program you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Her Town reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion, and any changes will be communicated to members through appropriate channels.
